The challenge
Assessments are carried out in documents. Criteria drift between reviewers, results cannot be compared across cohorts, and producing an overview means opening dozens of files.
The solution
A defined assessment model: criteria with scales, reviewer roles, a review flow with a second opinion where required, and results stored as data rather than prose. Comparison and export come for free once the structure exists.
Outcome
A concept example. The design principle is that the structure of an assessment should be a first-class part of the system, not a convention people follow in a template.
